Professionals enrolling in the Resilience-Building Leadership Professional Certification Program have access to a flexible, experience-driven format designed to accommodate varying leadership development goals and certification levels:
Online Instructor-Led Certification Program:
Participants engage in a fully online format that combines independent study with live instructor-led sessions. Each module includes approximately 6 hours of student preparation—through assigned readings, video content, and reflective questions—followed by 1-hour live group discussion per module.
Certification Pathways by Level:
- RBLP (Resilience-Building Leadership Professional): 3 modules over 3 weeks
- RBLP-C (Coach): 5 modules over 5 weeks
- RBLP-T (Trainer): 7 modules over 7 weeks

Course Overview
The Resilience Building Leadership Professional course aims to equip learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to help individuals, teams, and organizations recover from adverse events successfully. There has been a growing demand for such programs in the modern healthcare workplace as the corporate world has been particularly impacted and has been prompted to act to deal with adverse events, particularly recently following the COVID-19 pandemic. The course prepares healthcare leaders from different sectors to navigate uncertainty posed by adverse circumstances. It helps them excel in their respective organizations by building connections and aptitude in managing challenges, stimulating resilience among team members, and anchoring courage under adversity.
